How to set fonts for character sets

Firefox is recommended, as it often has the needed character sets configured properly.

Firefox

For FF4, you set fonts for individual languages at Tools / Options / Content / Advanced

Make sure your default encoding is Unicode (UTF-8), and add other character sets as needed.

Still having problems? This is a bit old, but these tips helpful: http://www.alanwood.net/unicode/firefox.html

IE

Fonts are set at Tools / Internet Options / General / Fonts

Chrome, Safari

Chrome and Safari do not currently have a way of setting fonts individually by character range and are not recommended for this site.
